My name is Yana Lynch

and I am a native of the Northern Europe country of Latvia, relocated to the United States in 2001. I’ve traveled from coast to coast and lived in different parts of the United States (California – Sacramento, and Florida – Boca Raton), but simply fell in love with the Grand Strand area. I was enamored by all of the attractions, shopping, and the fantastic Atlantic Ocean and marsh views that are simply everyday delights of living in the coastal regions of South Carolina and moved into the area in 2002.

I HAVE OBTAINED MY REAL ESTATE LICENSE

in 2008 after working several years in the hospitality industry and have since advanced my education by graduating from Horry-Georgetown Technical College with General Business Degree (Cum Laude). I am a proud owner of Fidei Real Estate International LLC, and excited contributing my talents (assisting national and international clients buying, selling and investing in real estate) and knowledge to this dynamically successful real estate enterprise. On February 16, 2016 it was an honor to became an American Citizen.

What makes me unique

is that I have a history of assisting national clients from various states with integrity to find their dream property whether it is primary residence, secondary or investment, and international clients from various countries such as: Canada, South Korea, Brazil and Western Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Armenia, Albania.
